Position: SalesForce BSA / Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Duration: 6-12+ months Job Description: Mandatory Areas: Designing SF Cloud Solutions, Health cloud Implementations Must Have Skills: Salesforce Cloud SF Health cloud SalesForce CRM road mapping Designing SF Solutions Must be a great communicator Good to have skills: Apex VisualForce Responsibilities: The client is looking for a Salesforce BSA. This is NOT a simple Business Analyst requirement, but a Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Analyst, capable of clear Solution Design in Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. Have driven or played an integral role in at least 4-5 Salesforce.com implementations, each not less than 6 months. Total IT experience of at least 8 years, with 5+ in Salesforce.com and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. Experience with CRM Roadmap planning, Salesforce/Force.com Implementation, and Architectural oversight. Experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials. At least 1-2 Health Cloud implementations experience. Healthcare payer domain knowledge is a plus. Financial Services cloud experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to capture requirements and develop Solution Design documentation. Experience in designing solutions based on BRD and creating Technical Design Documents. Ability to build prototype configurations during the design phase. Knowledge of Salesforce code-level re-engineering, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, Web-Services is beneficial. Experience interacting with Business teams across geographies, managing requirements, and conducting design sessions. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience coordinating onsite-offshore teams and managing project phases.
