Anyone who has experience working directly with customers can be successful selling furniture at Rooms To Go, including servers, bartenders, retail salespeople, real estate professionals, flight attendants and anyone else in a service role. Earning their business through honest conversation filled with integrity Encourage additional products to complete the room Work as a team to achieve sales goals Explain financing and protection plans Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer’s needs Pay averages around $70,000 - $100,000 / year based on amount of commission and position location.
