Job Description

  • Prospect assigned territories, clients, and leads
  • Enhance regional sales efforts through increased local client visits
  • Build strategic relationships by developing sales plans and business strategies
  • Identify and develop new targets to increase regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value-Add solutions
  • Follow-up with current customers to increase revenue and freight volume
  • Expand market penetration for the PSA BDP brand
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within the region
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to client visits and customer retention
  • Conduct market research with sales support teams to grow the sales pipeline
  • Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in global sales (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of industry experience (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year selling freight forwarding in the chemical vertical
  • Knowledge of Ocean, Air, or Overland Freight in a logistics company
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
