Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing business development initiatives, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales efforts in a retail setting. The Sales and Marketing Representative will focus largely on building lasting customer relationships and driving revenue through lead generation.

Duties:

  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to expand market reach and increase sales volume.
  • Generate leads through face to face meetings with consumers, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs to facilitate sales negotiations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct territory management by planning visits, scheduling meetings, and analyzing market trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to increase revenue per account.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer facing jobs such as marketing, sales, or management.
  • Strong skills in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in or willingness to learn product demos, upselling, and analysis of sales data for strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients across various industries.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
