About the Position:

3E Management's 24-month rotational program is designed to build future leaders in real estate finance by providing immersive experience across three core areas—Asset Management, Underwriting, and Fund Services. This program includes exposure to data management and analytics and culminates in a Senior Analyst position in one of the departments upon successful completion.

What You’ll Do:

You will rotate through 3 departments, spending 8 months in each:

(1) Asset Management

• Provide comprehensive reporting, scenario analysis, and updates on asset management excel models
• Build and manage data dashboards in Power BI or similar tools to visualize asset performance, trends, and benchmarks.
• Use internal and external databases to perform market research and create reporting

(2) Underwriting

• Develop financial models and perform scenario analyses to support acquisitions, refinances, and other real estate transactions.
• Support rapid iteration and updates of models based on stakeholder feedback and evolving deal terms.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to benchmark assumptions and utilize proprietary data to enhance deal evaluation accuracy.

(3) Fund Services

• Assist in fund modeling, including cash management, fund-level scenario analysis, and waterfall calculations for distributions.
• Support fund managers with investor relations, capital calls, distributions, and compliance with Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs).
• Participate in quarterly fund reporting processes, preparing materials that meet institutional investor standards, including projected returns, valuation schedules, and liquidation models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a one-month training period in each department to build foundational skills and understand key operational processes.
• Attend weekly cross-departmental training sessions to gain a holistic understanding of 3E Management's operations.
• Collaborate with teams to develop data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to team projects, assist with report preparation, and participate in strategic discussions.

Who You Are:

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Eager to learn and explore different aspects of real estate finance, data analysis, and business intelligence.
