Trinity Solar is seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofer to join our growing team. This role involves performing a variety of roofing and construction-related tasks, including roof repairs, siding, drywall work, and structural improvements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential roofing and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site assessments prior to project initiation to take precise measurements and evaluate job scope.
- Perform structural improvements such as framing repairs and rafter sistering.
- Diagnose and repair roof leaks using appropriate methods and materials.
- Execute repairs related to solar system installations, including siding and drywall restoration.
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers and represent the company with integrity.
- Document all work performed, including photographs and notes on existing site conditions. Submit reports and documentation promptly.
- Carry out general construction-related duties as needed to support overall project success.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere to company vehicle usage policies and maintain all tools and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications & Experience - Fundamental understanding of roofing systems, tools, and safety practices.
- Proven experience in residential roofing (asphalt shingles, rubber, and metal roofs).
- Willingness to perform additional construction and property maintenance tasks as required.
- Ability to work at heights for extended periods and safely navigate ladders.
- Physically able to lift and move up to 40-50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attendance and punctuality record.
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check and pre-employment drug screening.
