Franchise Business Consultant

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for restaurant operations and franchise success? The Franchise Business Consultant supports our franchisees in driving operational excellence, profitability, and brand growth. In this multi-unit leadership role, you’ll provide hands-on support for 30+ restaurants and consultation to franchisees, ensuring restaurant conditions are optimized for sales and profitability. As the key liaison between the brand and franchise owners, you’ll communicate and implement processes, training, and operational changes to uphold high standards. $135K + Bonus and Benefits

Additional Requirements:

• Education and training normally associated with the acquisition of a bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, restaurant management or equivalent.
• At least five years' experience as a multi-unit restaurant manager of complex, high volume restaurants in the casual or family dining segment of the restaurant industry. Buffet experience a plus.
• Successful completion of a company management training program, including practice management.
• Position requires a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and ability to pass a background test and drug screening.
• Ability to travel within an assigned territory 75-80% of the time.
