Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
  2. Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
  3. Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
  4. Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
  5. Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
  6. Conduct reference checks on candidates.


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
  • Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • A degree is preferred but not required.
  • Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.
