As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through online chat support. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through online chat support
- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
