Role Description

This is a hybrid Per-Diem role for a Registered Nurse who is Licensed in New Jersey with some work-from-home flexibility. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for On call services, performing assessments, and creating care plans. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the healthcare team, providing education to patients and families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all nursing care provided.

Qualifications

• New Jersey RN License, CPR/BLS certification, and knowledge of nursing procedures
• Experience in patient care, assessments, and care plan development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely when needed
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is a plus
