  We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist (Part-Time)  
On-site | Weekdays Only | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

Join our growing team of professionals as our newest  Agency Support Administrator ! This is a  part-time, in-person role with the potential to grow into a  full-time position.

As the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and clients, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly and support our account managers in delivering exceptional service.

  What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors
• Handle phone and email communications
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
• Support agency operations and team coordination

  No Experience? No Problem!
This is an  entry-level role with a clear path to becoming a licensed benefits professional. We’ll provide the  training, licensing, and certification if you choose to grow with us.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Bilingual abilities are a big plus!
• Enjoys helping people and working in a team environment
