Our client, a well-established construction services company, is seeking a Purchasing Manager to join their team. This role is available due to the upcoming retirement of a long-tenured employee and offers the opportunity to step into a key position supporting field operations.
The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing purchasing processes (not people) to ensure that pipefitters and field teams have the tools, materials, and equipment they need to deliver outstanding service to customers. This individual will oversee procurement across multiple categories—including pipe, valve, and fittings (PVF), consumables, safety equipment, and building maintenance—while maintaining strong vendor relationships and delivering timely, cost-effective solutions.
