Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure PVF materials, consumables, safety gear, and equipment to meet field and project requirements.
  • Manage relationships with hundreds of vendors, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records using purchasing software (Vista experience preferred).
  • Coordinate procurement for equipment and building maintenance as required.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to field teams by responding quickly to changing needs and priorities.
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of purchasing experience, including at least 2 years in construction purchasing .
  • Strong knowledge of pipe, valve, and fittings (PVF) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency with purchasing or ERP software (Vista experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for both vendor negotiations and internal coordination.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with field teams to ensure operational success.

Why Join:

  • This is a chance to step into a critical role at a stable, respected company where your expertise will directly support field operations. You’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team environment and have the opportunity to build on the strong foundation laid by a long-tenured predecessor.
