Job Summary:
We are seeking mature, caring and dependable people to be part of a team of caregivers providing care for seniors in Andover, Minnesota. You will assist in their home with companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, bathroom, grooming and dressing assistance. We are looking for caregivers to cover day and night shifts.

Location: Andover, MN

Shifts : Day shifts - Weekdays and Weekends  Hours: 15 - 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation
• Bathing, dressing and grooming assistance
• Toileting assistance
• Medication reminders
• Conversation and companionship
• Errands and transportation

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with dementia care
• High school or equivalent
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
• Must be willing to drive up to 25 miles to clients home 
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check
• Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• 21 years of age or older
• 2 Step TB test (Mantoux)
