Waters Edge Mobile Washing LLC is searching for 1 exceptional individual to join our growing Great Falls, Montana team. Our work week begins Wednesday through Sunday.

We are a pressure washing service that started out in 2006 in Billings, MT and added Great Falls, MT in 2022. We clean almost year round in all 4 seasons as weather allows. We clean tractor trailers, small/large heavy equipment, federal forestry wash, mining, paving equipment, along with parking lots and buildings.

To be considered for employment you must have a clean valid drivers license. Be insurable on our auto insurance. Pass a pre-employment drug screen along with recurring random drug screens through out employment. Have some truck and car trailer experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving to and from job locations, sometimes in inclement weather conditions while pulling a car trailer.
• Cleaning includes applying cleaning product, scrubbing, brushing and using a pressure washer.
• Loading and unloading supplies. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer cleaning products.
• Work well with others including the public
• Pay attention to details and your surroundings

Qualifications

• Must have a clean valid drivers license and be insurable on our business insurance policy. (required)
• Pass random DOT required drug screens (required)
• Pass a DOT physical. (required)
• Must have a strong work ethic, the ability to focus on quality, listen well and follow instructions. Be able to work independently to complete tasks. Like being outdoors.
• This position is physically demanding, requiring standing up to 6 plus hours, bending, crouching, twisting and kneeling, multiple times through out the work day.
• Must be willing to work some holidays and every weekend.

Compensation

• Paid bi-weekly * direct deposit
• company provides t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, gloves, wash boots, winter coats and waterproof bibs
• Paid * Holidays through out the year
• Cell phone reimbursement $15 per pay period or total of $30 per month

Benefits Included after 90 days:

• clothing allowance yearly $250 towards wash boots, pants, etc. Exception if clothing allowance is approved and used on start date. You will have to reimburse Waters Edge the full cost of clothing allowance paid if you leave before your 90 days probation.
• Sam's Club paid membership
• Safety and profit bonuses 2x per year. Paid in July and Dec as company is soluble to do so. If you quit on or before bonus dates, bonuses are forfeited
• Matched Simple IRA for full time employees

Schedule

• Wednesday through Sunday (due to weather those days can change sometimes)
• Some holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Dec 24th and Christmas day are always off-paid)
• Day shift various hours dependent on weather
• Extended work hours with some overtime
