Summary: This position is responsible for operating blending equipment, following blend sheets accurately, handling chemicals and oils, and maintaining accurate production documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Essential duties of Position:

• Accurately follow blend formulations and SOPs for oils, additives, and other raw materials
• Operate and troubleshoot blending systems, pumps, and associated equipment
• Perform in-process quality checks and make real-time adjustments to maintain product consistency
• Conduct inventory verification of raw materials and bulk tanks; ensure materials are staged and consumed correctly
• Document blending activity using production forms, logs, and digital tracking systems
• Assist with sampling, labeling, and packaging of finished products
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of blending areas; participate in routine equipment maintenance
• Support loading/unloading of tankers as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe and compliant work environment
• Cross-train and provide guidance to junior team members as needed
• Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 3+ years of previous experience in blending, chemical handling, or liquid packaging (required)
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed:

• Excellent communication skills
• Manage a clean and safe workspace
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
• Comfortable using production software, scales, meters, and basic computer systems
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a production environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
