The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for the full spectrum of physician recruitment including advertising, sourcing, pre-screening, distribution of candidate information to relevant parties, on-site interview scheduling and/or facilitation and maintaining knowledge of current and emerging physician recruitment strategies and best practices in the industry. Required Qualifications: Physician Recruiter Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e., business, human resources, marketing, psychology, communications, healthcare administration) OR equivalent combination of education/experience combined required. (One year of experience equals one year of education) required. Minimum of two years recruiting experience is required Strong people skills and the ability to work with all levels of individuals required. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Independent problem-solving skills, and ability to function independently yet work effectively on a team required. Ability to make presentations required. Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent tasks simultaneously required. Ability to develop professional working relationships with both internal and external customers / candidates required. Ability to prioritize and flexibility to accomplish projects within established timeframes amid changing priorities required. Ability to maintain confidential information required. Proficient in Microsoft Office products required. Knowledge of HR regulations and employment law required. Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment or achievement of CPRP within the first three years of employment required.
