Clinical Tech

Full Time – rotating – 36 hours

Qualified PCT’s, take your career to the next level with Johns Hopkins Medicine . We are looking PCT’s with In Patient / Hospital experience to work at Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Minimal requirements include;

-Highschool diploma

-A Maryland CNA License

-at least 1 year of hospital-based experience in the last 2 years

-Proficient in phlebotomy, starting IV’s, EKG

The Johns Hopkins Hospital's Cardiac Care Unit is a 12-bed Intensive Care Unit. The staff care for patients with acute myocardial infarction and complications including cardiogenic shock, post-infarction angina and congestive heart failure. We also care for many other critically ill patients suffering from severe cardiomyopathies, valvular heart disease and life-threatening arrhythmias. This is a cardiac medicine unit, therefore patients’ post- CABG, valve replacements, transplant, LVAD placement are transferred to the CVSICU (Surgical ICU) for recovery.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required.

  • 1 year of acute care (hospital) tech experience within the most recent 2 years is required (EMT or CRT experience may be considered)

  • BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.

Salary Range: Minimum $17.37/hour - Maximum $​​​​26.13/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
