We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. Our event staff responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations. Responsibilities include: A warm, welcoming personality who enjoys helping others. Ability to set up and manage a 10x10 area with a tent, table, point of sale, and perishable products Ability to work independently (and with a team) with minimal supervision Ability to lead by example and keep a positive, neutral attitude with co-workers and customers Ability to lift 30-40 pounds or more, consistently for short periods and be able to stand on feet for several hours Ability to troubleshoot on your own - independently and efficiently Ability to adjust on the fly to minor inconveniences relative to indoor/outdoor events Ability to count back product inventory ensuring the books are balanced Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships Excellent time management and communication skills Internal growth and opportunities available
