This position is located at our sales and service dealership in Tucson, AZ.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Parts Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Branch’s Parts Department in compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures. This position effectively manages and directs all aspects of the Parts Department’s operations in a manner that ensures maximum benefit to the dealership. The Parts Manager also co-ordinates activities and co-operates with other dealership departments to best serve the customer. Further responsibilities include planning, directing and controlling all activities within the Parts Department to ensure that overall profitability and growth objectives are met or exceeded. This position is also responsible for the parts department’s overall performance and profitability and maintaining the highest level of customer service and professionalism in serving our customers’ needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Hiring, training, motivating, counseling and monitoring the performance of all parts department staff
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
• Qualification as an experienced parts person
• At least three years related experience in a parts department including supervisory experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of truck parts, truck repair and the best practices to run a successful parts counter in a truck repair shop environment
• Post-secondary diploma in a related field preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent customer relations skills
