We are in search of a Part-Time Registered Nurse who is deeply passionate about public health and wellness. This position offers the opportunity to provide both innovative treatments and exceptional patient care, contributing significantly to the health of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient-Centric Care: Ensure that all patient care activities prioritize patient safety, comfort, and efficacy of treatment. Maintain high standards of nursing care and practice through compassionate and effective leadership.
• Compliance and Safety: Oversee adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements. Maintain strict protocols for infection control, medication administration, and patient safety.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to continuously improve patient care standards. Conduct regular audits and adapt processes to meet the highest healthcare standards.
• Inventory Management: Efficiently manage the inventory of IV supplies and medications to ensure availability and minimize waste, maintaining cost-effective operations.
• Customer Service Excellence: Promote and uphold exceptional standards of customer service within the team, ensuring that all patient interactions are conducted with respect and empathy.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with management and other healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals and improve patient outcomes through effective collaboration.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Illinois.
• Proven expertise in IV therapy administration, including familiarity with the latest techniques and standards (+20 IVs per week over the last year).
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in ER setting.
• Available for 16+ hours per week
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with patients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• A commitment to professional development and staying informed about advancements in IV therapy.
