SUMMARY
Under general supervision of a Director, is responsible for providing assistance to families in understanding illness and disabilities. Helps to resolve personal, financial, and environmental difficulties that add to the challenges of providing care for a child with special needs. Enables and empowers families to advocate appropriately. Works in accordance with Adapt Community Network policies, rules and requirements of applicable regulatory agencies and the standards of the profession.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
COMPENSATION: $65,000 - $70,000 Annually + Industry-Leading Benefits!
