Paralegal - Litigation Assistant

Direct Hire

Salary : $50-65k

Onsite - Manchester

Must Haves :

• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, workers compensation or other state agency practice
• Experienced with medical record review

Preferred :

• Bachelor's Degree

Paralegal - Litigation Assistant

Our client seeks an experienced individual to join its Manchester, New Hampshire office in a Paralegal role supporting a civil litigation and workers’ compensation practice.

Responsibilities:

• Position requires organization, attention to detail and strong multitasking
• and time management skills.
• Review of medical records.
• Ability to work and prioritize tasks independently and logically with little direction.
• Knowledge of e-filing in New Hampshire state and federal courts.
• Experience with document management, electronic calendaring, and .PDF software.

Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in civil litigation, workers’ compensation, or other state agency practice.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experienced with medical record review.
