About the Role

Plush Marketing Agency is hiring an experienced, organized, and creative On Site Producer and Video Editor to support our production department. This hybrid role blends in office editing and project support with on location production work throughout the DMV. You will help plan, organize, and execute shoots while also editing polished video content for a wide range of clients.

This position is intentionally built for growth. Candidates who show dependable work habits, strong communication, initiative, punctuality, and teamwork will earn expanded responsibilities and a path toward full time employment. This role can also lead toward project management within the agency for those who show leadership and operational strength.

Your work will take place in two primary environments:

• In office collaboration in Fulton, focusing on editing, pre production coordination, and daily production support

• On location shoots across the DMV, supporting videography, photography, and field operations

Key Responsibilities

In Office Responsibilities

• Edit short form and long form videos in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Support producing tasks including building timelines, creating rough cuts, and polishing client ready edits

• Track daily tasks and deadlines using Asana

• Organize files through Dropbox, Google Drive, and internal systems

• Assist with scheduling, communication, and calendar organization

• Support pre production such as shot lists, planning, props, and gear prep

• Participate in creative sessions and contribute ideas that align with client branding and strategy

On Site Responsibilities

• Assist with videography and photography shoots across the DMV

• Coordinate with clients on set and help organize production flow

• Manage basic on set support and help maintain a smooth workflow

• Capture behind the scenes content when appropriate

• Adjust to real time changes with a calm, professional presence

• Represent Plush Marketing Agency in a polished and friendly manner

Required Qualifications

• Strong client facing communication skills

• Comfortable speaking clearly, smiling, and engaging with clients and talent

• Confident and not shy in on site situations

• Ability to provide simple directing guidance during shoots

• Strong technical skills with Mac systems

• Ability to work on site in Fulton, MD

• Reliable transportation for local DMV shoots

• High attention to detail and strong organization

• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly

• Creative problem solving

• Consistent punctuality and reliability

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and cross train

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting small scale shoots with a photographer and videographer

• Ability to keep production flow smooth and support basic on set organization

• Strong ability to create clean timelines and organize footage

• Ability to prepare project files for collaboration with editors and producers

• Familiarity with color correction, audio sweetening, or motion graphics

• Ability to troubleshoot common editing issues or small on set challenges

• Comfort working in fast paced environments

Compensation & Growth

• $25/hour
• Part-Time to Full-Time Transition: Starts part-time (15–25 hours/week) with potential for full-time after demonstrating mastery of the role
