Salary: $35-$63/hr

Position Summary:
Part Time or Full Time options! Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the OTA will assist in delivering direct therapy services to preschool-aged children in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Services will be provided within the classroom and/or one-on-one, depending on the childs needs.

Responsibilities Include:

• Implementing treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Supporting children with fine motor, sensory, and self-help skill development
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to embed OT strategies into classroom routines
• Documenting progress and assisting in preparation of reports and updates for IEP reviews
• Assisting in maintaining therapy materials and creating adaptive supports for classroom use
• Participating in team meetings, CPSE conferences, and parent communications as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree from an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
• Experience with young children, preferably in an early childhood or educational setting
• Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for child development and inclusive education
