Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a dynamic music and performing arts curriculum aligned with the school’s mission of "honoring the gift of childhood"
• Foster creativity and confidence through music, drama, and performance-based activities
• Plan and lead school performances, concerts, and special events
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate music and performing arts into classroom learning
• Create an inclusive and nurturing environment that supports students' artistic growth
• Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and faculty

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to engage and inspire students through music and performance
• Effective classroom management and organization
• Commitment to professional growth and ongoing learning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a music and/or performing arts field
• Significant experience working with young children
