4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants General Hotels Corporation is looking for a Multi‑Site Hotel Security Officer at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis-Airport , the Crowne Plaza Downtown Union Station and the Homewood Suites Keystone at the Crossing located in Indianapolis, IN. Job Summary The Security Officer plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, team members, residents, and property. As a key member of the Security team, this individual will help oversee daily security operations, respond to incidents, promote safe work practices, and provide outstanding service—all while projecting professionalism and a guest‑focused attitude. Responsibilities Patrol hotel property to identify safety or security concerns Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies Document incidents and assist with initial investigations Enforce safety policies and support loss prevention efforts Promote safety awareness among guests and staff Provide a visible, helpful, and professional presence throughout the hotel Requirements Ability to travel between hotel locations as needed Experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) Service‑oriented and comfortable working with all levels of staff and guests Professional, dependable, and sound judgment under pressure Team player with a strong sense of ownership Adaptable, efficient, and reliable in a fast‑paced environment Committed to guest service and maintaining a safe atmosphere Works with urgency and attention to detail Benefits Hotel Room Discounts Earned Wage Access (“on‑demand pay”) through PayActiv The hotel is managed by General Hotels Corporation.
