As a Moving Survey professional, you will interact with customers, assess moving requirements, and ensure seamless planning for both residential and commercial moves. What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct on-site and virtual pre-move surveys for household good relocations.
• Assess volume, packing needs, and special handling requirements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate survey reports for the operations team.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their moving needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure accurate quoting.
• Identify potential risks and communicate solutions to mitigate them.
• Assist in developing customized moving plans based on client requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and company services.
• Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the survey and planning process.
• Assist with administration in the office.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience conducting moving surveys (virtual and/or in-home).
• Strong understanding of the moving/relocation industry and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using survey tools and technology.
• Relocation industry experience (household goods and/or office & industrial) required.
