Now Hiring: Experienced Mortgage Underwriter (3–5 Years)
Location: Remote or On-Site | Full-Time
Are you a detail-oriented Mortgage Underwriter with a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams? We're looking for a highly skilled underwriter with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the complete mortgage underwriting process—from document collection to final lender submission.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the end-to-end mortgage underwriting process
Review and analyze financial documents and credit profiles
Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory requirements
Submit complete, accurate files to lenders via File Logix, Velocity, or BOSS platforms
Collaborate with processors, loan officers, and lenders to ensure smooth closings
✅ What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of mortgage underwriting experience
Proficiency with File Logix, Velocity, and/or BOSS
Strong understanding of lending policies, AUS findings, and compliance rules
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Effective communication and decision-making skills
