Job Description

Provides cardiac monitoring for patients of assigned department under the direction of the RN and Physician. Performs duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care.

Required Experience

• Successful Completion of PIH Health Basic EKG Class or proof of completion Dysrhythmia Interpretation Course
• Typing and computer skills
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Prior hospital/healthcare experience
