Medical Billing & Coding Specialist
Southwest Austin Clinics
$20–$25/hour
We are seeking Medical Billing & Coding Specialists to support busy healthcare clinics in the Southwest Austin area. These are in-office positions with full-time schedules and opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do:
Accurately assign diagnostic and procedural codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
Prepare, review, and submit medical claims
Manage claim rejections, denials, and resubmissions
Maintain patient billing records with strict confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
Medical Billing & Coding certification preferred (CPC, CCS, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
2–5 years of relevant experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare billing setting
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in Southwest Austin clinics
