Key Responsibilities: Operate spooling machines to wind welding wire onto spools, remove and package finished spools using a staple gun, and stack them on skids. This is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, and working in a hot, dirty environment. May also be trained on drawbenches to monitor machines forming tubular wire, add flux, performing quality checks with micrometers, butt welding broken wires, and restringing machines as needed. Qualifications: Must have a steady employment history, manufacturing experience is plus and must have excellent attendance.
