Floyd Lee Locums is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a locum tenens job in La Grande, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 10 hours, days, on call

Specialty: CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) 

 

Willing to License (Y/N): No- Must have Oregon CRNA License

 

Start Date and Realistic Timeframe for Credentials: September 1st. 30-day credentialing 

 

Contract Length: 180 days, with possibility of extension 

 

Schedule: 4x 10

 

Call: 1 weekday per week 1 weekend per month

 

Setting: Hospital-based setting/Critical Access Hospital

 

Requirements: 

 

• Oregon CRNA license

• Board Certification

• DEA preferred

• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

• Must be able to perform Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, and ultrasound-guided procedures

• PICC line preferred, not required

Patient Census:\n\nVariable, average 5–20 cases per day (includes Endo & cataracts)\n\nPatient Mix:\n\nOrtho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy peds, urology, OB/GYN, and occasional endoscopy\n\n(No heads, hearts, or spine)\n\nSupport Staff:\n\n1 MD, 4 CRNAs (all autonomous)\n\nAnesthesia Director: Brad Close, CRNA — 540-526-3146\n\nEMR:\n\nEPIC
