About The Position
We are seeking a Trauma Surgery Physician Assistant for a 20-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This vital role starts on Oct 6, 2025, and features a range of shifts from 7a-7p to 7p-7a. The selected candidate will handle advanced trauma life support procedures, including tube thoracostomy and central venous catheter placement, with opportunities to engage in arterial line placement.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide advanced trauma life support.
• Perform tube thoracostomy and central venous catheter placement.
• Engage in arterial line placement depending on case requirements.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.

Additional Information

• Board certification in Surgery required.
• Must hold a DEA certification.
• NC license needed.
• Experience with Cerner EMR systems preferred.
• Ideal candidates will not be new graduates and should have significant relevant experience.
