ProKatchers is seeking a local contract Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) for a local contract job in New York, New York.

• Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, nights

Job Title: Clinical Lab Technologist (000300)

Shift time: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Shift Schedule: 8x5, 3x12 - weekends/rotations

If rotating weekends, how frequently - (every other weekend, monthly etc.): 8*5 / Weekends-Rotation

Duties:

Perform clinical laboratory procedures and examinations and other test and procedures conducted by the Microbiology, Chemistry and Hematology Laboratories.

Performing procedures – Accessioning, Specimen Testing, Quality Control, and Proficiency Testing

Required Experience: (Skills / Past work experience): 

At least 1 yr. experience 

1 year Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience.

 

Licenses and Certifications:

Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist issued by NYSED 

Primary Source Verification required.
