Loan Officer Assistant – Mortgage Support

Location: Pensacola, FL (Hybrid after Training)

Join a dynamic, fast-paced mortgage team within a leading Fortune 100 financial institution. This role supports Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), processors, and closers to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications. Ideal for someone organized, proactive, and customer-focused.

What You’ll Do:

• Support Mortgage Operations
  • Set up mortgage applications (print application & credit reports)
  • Send initial disclosures and update processing systems
  • Schedule pre-qualification and application appointments
• Administrative & Communication Tasks
  • Monitor incoming loan volume and assign/tracking loans
  • Answer and direct phone calls; provide general mortgage info to members
  • Prepare and deliver packages to members, title companies, etc.
  • File, fax, and copy documents
• Marketing & Reporting
  • Prepare marketing materials for mortgage products
  • Review and submit appraisal invoices
  • Compile and submit production reports
• Compliance & Support
  • Assist with post-closing tasks and file delivery
  • Ensure compliance with federal financial regulations
  • Perform other duties as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic clerical, administrative, and customer service experience
• Ability to work with numbers and perform simple calculations
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Familiarity with mortgage applications and financial products (preferred)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Prior experience in financial services or mortgage support is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
