Base pay range $55.00/hr - $60.00/hr Summary The Roca web developer will create & customize e-commerce experience for Roca products. This involves a mix of design, development, and optimization tasks to ensure a functional and visually appealing online store. Responsibilities Development and customization: Build and customize Shopify themes, plugins, and apps to meet specific business needs. Integration: Implement and integrate third‑party apps and services, such as payment gateways and marketing tools. Optimization: Improve website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness, and optimize for conversions. Collaboration: Work with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and designs into functional features. Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure the store operates smoothly. Requirements Programming languages: Proficiency in Liquid (Shopify's templating language), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are essential. Shopify platform: A strong understanding of the Shopify platform, including theme development and app integration. Front‑end and back‑end development: A solid grasp of both front‑end and back‑end development is often required. APIs: Experience with APIs is necessary for integrations. Problem‑solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities. Soft skills: Excellent communication skills are vital for collaborating with teams and clients. Experience: Proven experience as a Shopify developer or in a similar role. Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $55.00 - $60.00/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
