LHH is assisting a sophisticated midsized law firm in NYC in its search for a Senior Litigation Associate/Counsel. An ideal candidate will have at least 10-12 years of commercial real estate litigation experience, with particular emphasis in contested foreclosures of multifamily, retail and other commercial property, note and guaranty recovery, contract disputes and judgment enforcement. Experience prosecuting and defending actions involving title, title coverage, lien priority, UCC and lender liability claims is a plus.
