Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with eyewear selection.
- Operate and maintain optical lab equipment (lensometry, pupillometry, finishing lab).
- Handle frame buying, insurance claims, and adjustments or repairs to eyewear.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with optical sales and dispensing eyewear.
- Knowledge of optical products, including lenses and frames.
- Proficiency in lensometry, pupillometry, and adjusting eyewear.
- Positive, cheerful attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
- Reliable and trustworthy team player.
