Location: Wexford, PA
Schedule: Saturday (9 AM – 7 PM) & Sunday (10 AM – 6 PM)
Total Hours: 16 hours/week (includes one unpaid lunch hour each day)
Compensation: $27/hour + Commission on Sales

Licensed IV Infusion Specialist to join our weekend clinical team. This role is ideal for a certified
LPN (with IV certification) or an
Advanced EMT (AEMT) with strong infusion experience and a passion for wellness.

What You’ll Do - Administer IV and IM services safely and professionally using best practices and aseptic technique
- Perform basic guest wellness assessments, including vitals
- Educate guests on IV therapies and nutraceuticals to support wellness goals
- Maintain accurate charting and digital documentation
- Support compliance with iCRYO medical protocols and safety procedures
- Manage IV inventory and assist with weekend operations
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Work under the supervision of the Chief Nurse and Medical Director
What We’re Looking For - Valid Pennsylvania license as an LPN (with IV Certification) or Advanced EMT (AEMT)
- Current Advanced CPR certification
- Proven experience in IV therapy, infusion services, or emergency care
- Confidence in IV/IM administration and guest communication
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and independence
- Passion for health, wellness, and exceptional guest care
- Availability to work on weekends consistently
