As a Leadership Coach at Exec, you will have the opportunity to directly work with our corporate clients, helping them to accelerate their growth and reach their potential. Responsibilities: Provide 1-on-1 coaching to clients, to help them build leadership skills, boost team performance, communicate more effectively, manage conflict, and more Work with clients to develop personalized development plans and track progress over time Maintain regular and timely communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and objectives are achieved Utilize Exec's technology and platform capabilities to engage with clients and deliver high-quality coaching sessions Deliver exceptional service to clients, helping them to achieve their leadership goals and drive exceptional performance Requirements Coaching certification from an ICF-accredited organization and 10+ years of management experience (or MBA and 20+ years of senior management experience) Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience coaching managers, high-performers, and leaders Strong coaching skills in team performance management, communication strategies, conflict management, leadership development, goal setting, and stress management An existing roster of clients who can provide testimonials for you Active membership in a professional coaching organization is a plus Benefits A pipeline of new clients and opportunities Flexible work- set your own schedule Decide what rates you want to charge Robust tools for managing your coaching practice A professional coaching profile Remote, WFH Ability to participate in bonus programs to earn even more #J-18808-Ljbffr Slope
