Location of Employment: New York, NYJob Duties Conduct legal research on U.S. and international laws, statutes, regulations, court opinions about real estate cases, and monitor the changes to rules and regulations; Develop the legal structure of investment fund, and participate in the negotiation and closing process; Prepare, proofread and edit sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreement, and any other business and legal documents; Support attorneys in drafting legal memoranda and other complex legal documents, legal briefs with analysis and argument in support of motions and appeals.Minimum Job Requirement Juris Doctor Degree. Knowledge of contracts, legal process, and U.S. law and methods. Employer will also accept a Master of Laws degree plus knowledge of contracts, legal process, and U.S. law and methods.
