Duties What You Will Be Doing: Collaborate with clients to bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life Design using 2020 software across multiple cabinet lines Consult on product selections and design solutions Quote, order, and track all project components Work hand-in-hand with installers, project managers, and our showroom team Provide guidance and training to showroom staff Help lead pricing, merchandising, and department strategy Requirements We’re Looking For: 3+ years in Kitchen & Bath design using 2020 software (multi-line experience preferred) A strong design portfolio showing off your 20/20 chops An eye for detail and a passion for customer experience Experience managing K&B projects through installation Experience specifying plumbing fixtures is a plus Interior Design degree or industry certification?
