D & A Services LLC is currently seeking a full time,entry level Data Analyst to join our Data Management team in Des Plaines, IL.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze multiple types of data files, identify issues, and make suitable adjustments
• Perform duties related to data exchange internally and externally with all clients and third-party vendors; including client requests, report creation and certification
• Extract data and import into proprietary software and trouble shoot issues
• Reconcile inventory and balances across multiple portfolios and clients
• Maintain system log for efficient follow-up to inquiries
• Simultaneously handle multiple clients and/or job functions on a routine basis
• Document new and existing processes for reference, audits, and improvement
• Perform routine data cleanup and ensure data accuracy
• Support Management with other duties as assigned
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Understanding of the collection industry's rules and regulations.

Requirements: Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant Work Experience - 6 months to a year, internships count
• Experience in Latitude Collection System is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 months working experience in SQL
• Minimum of 6 months working in an analytical role
• Preferred previous experience in financial industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office product experience, emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
