Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a creative, fast-paced environment.



 

Requirements

Role Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with expense report audits and employee reimbursements
• Support monthly closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Help maintain project and general ledger records 
• Track vendor invoices and manage purchase order documentation
• Prepare and distribute client invoices under direction from the Senior Accountant
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist with timekeeping and labor allocations as needed
• Support financial audits and documentation gathering
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Design, and Business Development teams
• Assist other team members on the design and production of management reporting.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships welcome)
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism

Salary Description

$55,000 - $60,000
