This is a full-time position, onsite at our Oceanside California office, located at 2111 S El Camino Real #201, Oceanside CA 92054

Commercial insurance sales experience is required.

We are looking for a Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• Leadership - Candidates with prior leadership skills are welcome to apply, as projected growth will offer leadership opportunities to qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
• Quote and sell policies!

Compensation:

• Base salary, commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
