Spuncast, Inc. is a contract manufacturing company specializing in cylindrical castings. Since 1976, our campus in Watertown, WI has grown to two foundries and two machine shops. We focus on centrifugal castings for a diverse number of industries.
We are currently looking for an Inspector Level I to support both our Foundries and our Machine Shops.
1st shift scheduled: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $20.05 per hour
Duties:
- Conduct non-destructive testing of parts at all stages of production
- Ensure conformance to blueprints, job specifications, or ISO requirements
- May also include visual and/or dimensional inspection
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use a micrometer
- 6 months or more experience in quality
- Ability to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
- Currently certified or willing to become certified to SNT-TC-1A
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
