Job Title: IT Help Desk Technician

Preferred:
• Prior technical support experience
• Knowledge of enterprise systems and troubleshooting tools
seeking a customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support via phone.
• The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, documenting incidents, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience in a fast-paced IT environment and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide phone-based technical support and resolve user issues
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and peripheral issues
• Document incidents accurately in tracking systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of IT support experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
