Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 base + exceptional benefits
Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with one of the world's most sophisticated and high-performing global investment firms on a unique opportunity to join their HR Rotational Program - an elite track that builds future HR leaders within a dynamic, data-driven business.
The Role:This onsite, immersive rotational program will give you direct exposure to core areas of Human Resources - including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Analytics - all within the context of a firm that thrives on precision, speed, and innovation.
You'll be working alongside world-class HR professionals and business leaders to understand how exceptional talent is hired, supported, and scaled in a fast-moving hedge fund environment . Upon successful completion, you'll transition into a permanent HR role tailored to your strengths and the firm's strategic needs.
We're Looking For:1-3 years of HR experience (internships, grad schemes, or analyst-level roles)
Interest or experience in Financial Services, Professional Services, or Technology
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Exposure to platforms like Workday, Anaplan, Tableau, or ServiceNow is a plus
Strong analytical mindset, with great attention to detail and curiosity for data
Effective communicator with strong project and time management skills
High sense of ownership, adaptability, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
