Experience
Proven track record in UX design, preferably in the OEM/Tier 1 automotive industry. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and deliverables. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of HMI (Human Machine Interface) principles.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and technologies.
• Understanding of the unique constraints of automotive user experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments with hard deadlines.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with automotive HMI design.
• Knowledge of automotive safety standards and regulations.
• Experience with voice user interface (VUI) design.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience (UX) Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
