Initial pay depends on personal experience however, this entry level position starts at $19/hour and goes up to $21/hour. Growth within the company can be fast and you can expect to be a lead technician within 12 months. Our first-year lead technicians easily earn $60k annually. Your second year as a lead, you can expect to earn between $80k and $100K annually. Yes, this job requires hard work. However, you will be rewarded for that hard work. You will also have the opportunity to grow into other positions within the company including service, sales, and leadership.

No experience or personal tools are needed. Construction or trades experience is a plus. You must be comfortable working at heights. This is an entry level position, and we will provide you with paid training that will teach you a profitable trade that can provide for you and your family.
